- Taking and passing the two MAI challenge courses I've ordered (i.e. that means studying the course booklets well enough over the next 3 months)

- Prep course
I also have to volunteer at an elderly home, but I don't know the frequency I'd do it and I want to limit my goals to four a quarter (compounding--1Q10 was to successfully continue my New Year's resolution).
